Privacy & data
Effective September 10, 2026. This page describes the Appliance Leads trial operated by DerbySquad.
What we collect
When you join, we store your name, email, buying criteria, optional notes, and your consent. We also record the date and campaign labels associated with your signup. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your notes.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your interest, understand what you buy, and contact you by email about the trial and relevant appliance opportunities. Joining does not require payment. We do not sell your contact information.
Measurement and security
We count page views, form starts, and completed signups to understand interest in this experiment. These are aggregate counts, not unique visitor counts. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Browser Do Not Track signals disable visit and form-start measurement.
Our hosting providers process requests to operate and protect the site. For abuse prevention, the application temporarily stores a daily hash derived from the request IP address; it does not store raw IP addresses in the leads or measurement tables. These temporary records expire and are removed as requests arrive.
Storage and access
Information is stored using our hosting and database providers, OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Lead records are available to the site operator through protected management tools, not through a public list. We keep signup information while following up on the trial and handling related sourcing activity.
Your choices
You can decline any opportunity. Reply to any trial email to ask us to stop contacting you, correct your information, or delete your signup. You may also submit a request using the signup form with your email and “privacy request” in the notes; we will verify the request before changing records.
